Multi-day treatments

With my spa programs, a relaxed, personal atmosphere and individual focus on you are very important to me. Therefore, I place special emphasis on the flexible nature of the treatments, tailored to you. We can gladly adjust the sequence of treatments for multi-day programs to your needs during a personal consultation. If you wish, Siddha pain therapy can also be integrated into the treatment plan.
It is very important to me that you feel comfortable and warm during your treatment. Before, after, and between treatments, there is fresh, warmed spring water infused with Indian herbs; during the treatments, you will be sung to with traditional, sacred mantras. Underfloor heating, two infrared heaters if needed, and peat heat carriers on the couch guarantee pleasant warmth. I recommend remaining on the peat heat carriers for an adequate rest period after the treatments.
After the treatments and rest period, you can shower at the practice. However, I recommend bringing older, inexpensive clothing so that you don't wash off the valuable oils immediately, allowing them to continue working throughout the rest of the day for an even more intense effect. After Shirodhara, the oil pouring on the forehead, and the facial treatment, showering is necessary. Depending on the season and capacity, I can also offer you a herbal shower.
Yoga during the cure
A full spa day begins with yoga that suits your body. Even if you have no yoga experience or don't feel very strong or flexible, you'll feel the therapeutic effect of yoga with gentle exercises. The physical exercises, asanas, and breathing exercises, pranayama, ideally prepare the mind and body for the treatments and generally enhance the effect of the spa program.
