Yoga
The body is the temple where the soul resides.
In my homeland of South India, the body, mind, and soul are seen as inseparable parts of a single unit. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind and soul, just as a healthy mind allows the body and soul to be healthy.
The 3 Pillars of Our Practice

Ayurveda
The word Ayurveda is composed of Ayur = life and Veda = knowledge. Ayurveda therefore encompasses the knowledge of life. This knowledge encompasses life in its entirety: nature, the environment, and above all, the human being. Ayurveda considers all aspects of human well-being: body, mind, and soul. A person is healthy when these three aspects are in balance.

SIDDHA
The Siddha healing system, which is closely related to Ayurveda, originates from my South Indian homeland of Tamil Nadu. In Siddha pain therapy, energy points of the body are stimulated through pressure and massage to release blockages. This form of massage is particularly intense.
Traditional areas of application include back, joint, and headaches, neck and muscle tension, as well as emotional imbalance or depression.

Yoga
Yoga harmonizes body, mind, and soul, stabilizes the emotional level, and leads to self-knowledge.
I see yoga as an important part of therapy and an ideal supplement to the treatments. You will experience yoga tailored to you individually, guided – either alone or in small groups of up to three people.
Ayurvedic Cures
You can choose from different course offers, from a short day retreat to a 14-day intensive course. Additionally, you can choose between a light and an intensive course.

Philosophy
My philosophy is to offer authentic South Indian Ayurveda – just as I experienced it in my homeland. For me, it goes without saying that I only work with original Ayurvedic and Siddha oils and herbs imported from India.
That my guests feel comfortable and can relax in my practice is my highest priority. Therefore, I address my guests' needs individually and take sufficient time for each guest and their concerns. For me, every treatment is a ceremony that I celebrate with joy and devotion. This creates a unique, relaxed, and healing atmosphere.
