Siddha
Siddha medicine, which is closely related to Ayurveda, originates from my home state of Tamil Nadu in southern India. In Siddha pain therapy, energy points in the body are stimulated through pressure and massage to release blockages. This form of massage is particularly intense.
Siddha Medicine
Siddha medicine, which originated in Tamil Nadu (South India), is—like Ayurveda—a traditional, holistic system of natural healing in which the individual balance of the three doshas represents the ideal state of health, and physical, mental, and spiritual health are viewed as a unified whole. Siddha originated in my homeland of South India. The name traces back to the founders of this healing art, the eighteen Siddhas—that is, perfected spiritual and healing masters. In Siddha medicine, the nadis—subtle energy channels—play a central role. Prana, the life energy, flows through our bodies via these channels.
In Siddha pain therapy, the intersection points of the nadis are stimulated through pressure and massage to release blockages that hinder the flow of prana. In India, this therapy is traditionally supplemented with medicinal herbs and a wide variety of medications, such as powders, tablets, teas, or oils. In my practice, however, I limit myself to massages, supplemented by mantras, breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga exercises, all of which are individually tailored to you. Siddha has proven particularly effective in the treatment of complex and chronic conditions.
Siddha Pain Therapy
In Siddha pain therapy, which is based on the ancient South Indian Siddha medical tradition, energy points in the body are stimulated through pressure and massage to release blockages. This intensive therapy, which can be somewhat painful in certain areas, is supplemented by treatments using medicinal herbs and herbal oils, mantras, as well as breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga exercises tailored to the individual. This can alleviate or completely eliminate pain, improve mobility, and rejuvenate the body.

Traditional areas of application include back, joint, and headaches, neck and muscle tension, as well as emotional imbalance or depression.
